We are looking for a high-performing and motivated Beautician to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative in the skin care market. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Provide professional skin analysis and consultation to customers
- Perform facial treatments •
- Provide excellent customer service and beauty advice
- Maintain general cleanliness and neatness of the product, store and treatment rooms
- Handle customer enquiries, requests and appointments
- Educate customers on products, skincare education techniques and routines
- Conduct skin analysis and advice on skincare products and techniques based on each client’s needs
- Update client records with contact details and treatments received
- Cross-sell skincare products and additional treatments, when appropriate • Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilised before use
Experience & Skills
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
- Hands-on experience with face therapies
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Facial/Beautician certificate
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proven work experience as a Beauty Therapist, Beautician or similar role
- Up-to-date with skincare products or similar
